1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Applied Verdict platform operated by Applied Verdict Ltd. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. The platform

Applied Verdict provides independent assessments, verified reviews, and vendor intelligence for B2B software. Content on the platform represents Applied Verdict's independent analysis and should not be treated as legal, financial, or procurement advice.

3. Buyer accounts

Free buyer accounts provide access to the directory, shortlisting, watchlisting, and alerts. By creating an account, you acknowledge that your activity may be shared with vendors as intent data, subject to the privacy policy.

4. Vendor profiles

Vendor profiles may exist unclaimed. Vendors can claim profiles by verifying domain ownership. Claimed profiles grant access to manage vendor-supplied content within platform rules. Scanned data and AV assessments cannot be edited by vendors but are subject to a right-of-reply process.

5. Assessments and reviews

All assessments are conducted against Applied Verdict's published methodology. Scores and conclusions are the intellectual property of Applied Verdict. Vendors are granted a right of reply before publication. Verified reviews are subject to identity confirmation, usage verification, and evidence requirements.

6. Intellectual property

All content, methodology, and platform design are the property of Applied Verdict Ltd. Vendor-supplied content remains the property of the vendor. You may not reproduce assessment content without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Applied Verdict provides information to support decision-making but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information. Buying decisions remain the responsibility of the buyer.
